Join us in a standing ovation for our September employees of the month, Senior Account Representative, James T. (JT) Schwerdtfeger and Accounting Assistant, Victoria Harcovitz.

Both JT and Victoria identified suspicious account behavior and reported it through the proper channels in order to protect both the Bank and our customers. They also have taken initiative to take on additional tasks when needed, and improve the process of how the tasks are completed.

Although still finalizing his training, JT has had excellent performance throughout different areas of Client Services. He has adapted very well to our culture and has received multiple compliments from fellow employees on his customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Victoria has been working on completing her school semester in addition to going above and beyond as an employee.
