We’re excited to tell you about our two employees of the month — Personal Banker I, Pia Cordes and Risk Analyst I, Nicole M. Notarangelo.

Pia is a relatively new employee who has demonstrated excellent performance throughout her training. She has shown great customer service, positive energy, great motivating skills and a professional pleasant demeanor. She stepped up to the plate quickly and has adapted to our culture very well.

Nicole has been hard at work updating the Bank’s Disaster Recovery Plan. In addition, she has been extremely helpful in explaining reports to other departments and has also been commended by several departments for report-writing skills.
