Help us give kudos to our two exceptional employees of the month – Personal Banker I Samantha Ramos and Senior Operations Specialist Mary-beth Collins.

Samantha has taken on many tasks including balancing the coin machine and participating in opening and closing routines. She takes initiative and engages with customers while offering exceptional customer service. She has excellent problem-solving skills, a great attitude, and regularly offers to work extra in order to assist her colleagues.

Mary-beth, a long-time dedicated employee of the Bank, handles many important tasks and is always willing to learn and take on other responsibilities if needed. Her critical thinking skills and diligence are a huge asset to our team – and they have helped her detect various fraud attempts.
