Rachel has quickly learned various types of platform activities in addition to regularly engaging with customers and offering products and services to fit their needs. She is constantly learning from her peers and improving her skills.

Patricia has been instrumental in the transfer of insurance services to a third-party vendor. She has paid very close attention to all insurance policies monitored by our vendors and has even continued to learn about both the insurance policies and the new regulations in order to ensure the Bank has successful audits.
