We are grateful for our two employees of the month, Personal Banker II Jannette Rivera and Senior Operations Specialist, Donna Sahely.

Jannette is an example of teamwork and collaboration. She has taken the lead on several important projects including preparing for the branch renovation. She is dependable when it comes to organizing the lobby management schedule and is also involved with different types of platform activities.

Donna has been instrumental in reviewing fraud reports to determine suspect transactions which allow us to reach out to customers by telephone to verify legitimate vs. fraudulent transactions. With the recent increase in fraud trends, it has required ongoing retraining in order to keep up with the trends of fraudsters.

Both of our Employees of the Month go above and beyond to support the Bank, our customers, and their colleagues.
