Gilana is an intelligent and dedicated team player who has grown her customer engagement skills tremendously. She regularly takes on new projects along with helping new hires and assisting her teammates.

Lorraine has taken on additional tasks and assisted others when needed. Her work has been excellent, and it has even caught the attention of other departments. Her strengths include a keen eye for detail, creative problem solving, and the willingness to always learn more.
