Our January Employees of the Month, Elizabeth Kuhn, Senior Personal Banker and Helena Fonseca, IT Support Specialist, are both valuable assets to our team!

Elizabeth is a valuable asset not only to the Natick Branch but to MutualOne Bank as a whole. Elizabeth’s knowledge on all aspects of banking is a great resource for her colleagues. Furthermore, customers enjoy seeing Elizabeth back in her “home,” as she is originally from the Natick area.

Helena provides technical support on a daily basis to various teams at the Bank. She is an excellent problem solver and if she is not able to solve the problem, she will find someone who will. She has helped with program conversions, audits and regularly fixes equipment malfunctions.
