Our employees have truly stepped up to help our community and each other during this unprecedented time. Our two employees of the month are Senior Personal Banker, Julia Arroyo and Operations Specialist, Astrid Bachman.

Julia is currently supervising the team at the Lincoln Street Office. During this time, she has assisted customers by helping them complete their withdrawal and deposit forms in Spanish. Julia has been dependable and reliable during this crisis.

Recently Astrid caught an attempt at fraud and brought it to management’s attention. Because of her diligent work, the Bank was able to open a fraud case in time and no loss was incurred.
