Kelly has demonstrated enormous growth since the emergency stages of the pandemic. She has been a flexible, positive, team player who is eager to learn and has demonstrated great potential to grow even further. One day, she even went the extra mile to find a new location to continue working after losing power at home.
Kathy has been on site every day servicing our borrowers, doing payoffs, boarding HEAT loans and sending out post payoff loan packages, including mortgage discharges. She is also a vital backup to the department VP and Loan Servicing Supervisor. We are so grateful for her consistency, hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to always help when asked.
