As we wrap up the year, we are more grateful than ever for our outstanding employees, especially our employees of the month, Personal Banker I Julie DaCosta and Senior IT Support Specialist Damien Booker.

Over the last several months, Julie has shown nothing but hard work, great work ethic and exceptional customer service and she is truly a great example of teamwork and collaboration. She is dependable when it comes to organizing the lobby management schedule and keeping everyone involved and motivated. Recently, she has been getting involved in different types of platform activities especially business accounts, trusts, POAs and IRAs.

Damien has played a vital role during the past several months. He configured the technology for employees to work remotely including coordinating the effort among our vendors. Plus, he regularly ensures that all of our technology is up to date and secure.

We couldn’t do what we do without employees like Julie and Damien.
