We’re excited to announce our first employees of the month for 2021, Personal Banker I, Edward Bachta and Senior Operations Specialist, Mary-beth Collins.

As our newest team member, Ed is doing a great job in different areas such as processing a variety of customer service transactions, helping out in a busy teller line, answering the phone in a timely manner and keeping an eye on the lobby. He is eager to learn and grow and his sociability and communication skills helped him build a trusting relationship with longtime customers. Ed is a great addition to the Concord Street office team!

Mary-beth is a long time dedicated employee of the Bank. She is always willing to cover extra responsibilities as needed. She is eager to learn new tasks and accept additional tasks as needed without question. She is respected by her peers and we can always rely on Mary-beth’s critical thinking skills to solve any issues that may arise.
