Mark R. Haranas, president and CEO of MutualOne Bank and Chairman of the MutualOne Charitable Foundation, announced a $10,000 grant to the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest to support their academic recovery and summer reading program to be offered through their Framingham Clubhouse.
The Framingham Clubhouse focuses on offering quality out-of-school programs to low-income and at-risk youth. “We believe that every child needs access to focused academically enriching programs as our community recovers from this past year and we are proud to offer these services to the youth of Framingham,” said Chris Duane, president & CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest.
“We are proud to have supported the Boys & Girls Clubs for many years,” said Haranas. “They have always filled an important role in our community as shown by this new initiative.”
