Our employees are the heart and soul of the Bank. This month we celebrate Personal Banker 1 Edward Bachta and Senior Operations Specialist Donna Sahely.

Ed has been getting involved in more complex platform activities such as business accounts, IRAs and fraud interviews. He always asks new questions showing his eagerness to learn and grow. He is great at multi-tasking and knows how to manage his time to complete his tasks and still support the team.

In addition to the diligence in her daily work, Donna recently stopped a wire transfer from leaving the Bank that was contrary to our wire transfer policy. She brought this to the attention of her supervisors who were able to prevent release of the wire transfer and saving the Bank from potential losses.
