Mark R. Haranas, president and CEO of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of three employees.
Clarice Francis of Leominster, MA has been promoted to vice president, digital banking officer. Francis joined the Bank in 2008 and most recently served as vice president of client services. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Project Management and Digital Banking programs, including the strategic growth and development of the Bank’s digital products and services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
Joleen Dick of Hudson, MA has been promoted to client services manager. Dick joined the Bank in 2016 and had been serving as client services supervisor. Her new responsibilities include overseeing the Bank’s Call Center and Digital Banking Department. Prior to joining MutualOne Bank, she worked at Citizens Bank.
Pia Cordes of Boston, MA has been promoted to core banking manager. Cordes joined the Bank in 2018 and had been serving as an assistant manager in the Bank’s Concord Street branch. She will now be managing the relationship between the Bank and their Core provider, as well as overseeing the Bank’s training and employee development programs. She holds associate degrees in Health Science from Husum University in Germany and Business Administration from MassBay Community College.
