Steven M. Sousa, executive vice president and chief operating officer of MutualOne Bank and a MutualOne Charitable Foundation trustee announced that the Foundation has awarded $10,000 to the John Andrew Mazie Memorial Foundation to support the Foundation’s Mazie Mentoring Program at Framingham High School.
The Mazie Mentoring Program is committed to transforming the lives of disadvantaged high school students who are at risk of academic and social failure, according to Mazie Mentoring Program CEO Connie Askin.
“The MutualOne Charitable Foundation is pleased to continue our support of this work,” said Sousa. “The mentoring program has a history of success in helping youth at risk continue their education and set and achieve their personal goals.”
