Mark R. Haranas, president and CEO of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of three employees.
Rahnuma Habib of Hopkinton, MA has been promoted to senior vice president, human resources. Habib joined the Bank in 1998 and most recently served as vice president of human resources. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the human resource strategies and functions of the institution. Habib will also recommend and implement new policies across the entire institution. She holds a master’s degree in management and human resources from University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies.
Carol Somers of Rosindale, MA has been promoted to loan servicing manager. Carol joined the Bank in 2016 and has been serving as a loan servicing supervisor. Her new responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the loan servicing department. She is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and before joining MutualOne Bank, worked at Commonwealth Cooperative Bank.
Yves Munyankindi of Framingham, MA has been promoted to retail support manager. Munyankindi joined the Bank in 2015, serving as the Bank’s retail support/foundation administrator. In his new role, he will focus on supporting a cross-selling culture within retail and oversee the Bank’s referral program. Munyankindi will also meet with community organizations in Framingham and Natick to ensure the Bank supports them through its charitable foundation and donation sponsorships. He holds a finance degree from the University of Rwanda and is also a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies.
