Julia is an exemplary example of teamwork and collaboration. With a prompt attitude, she strives to keep everyone on the team involved and motivated. Julia has also been stepping up to the plate, continuously getting involved in different platform activities.

With August being a busy month for the technology department while also facing unexpected staffing shortages, Helena went above and beyond. While performing her day-to-day activities, she handled 62% of the request and issue tickets that came in and dedicated extra time to items that needed to be addressed after hours.
