Since joining the Bank, Eddie has always arrived to work eager to learn. His friendliness and strong communication skills have not gone unnoticed, allowing him to develop trusting relationships with longtime customers who usually prefer working with people they know.

Marie has excelled in her day-to-day tasks and has recently taken on the task of notifying customers of potential transferred possession of their accounts as abandoned property. The tedious process not only occurs over the course of multiple months but also involves special handling of certain account types and report monitoring.
