Mark Haranas, chief executive officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of two employees.

Pia Cordes has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager. Cordes joined the Bank in 2018 and, before her promotion, served as the core banking manager. In her new role, she will oversee the daily operations and growth efforts of the Natick branch office. Cordes will also oversee the Bank’s retail training program.

Dominique Tock has been promoted to core banking manager. Tock joined the Bank in 2014 and most recently served as client services supervisor. In her new role, her new responsibilities include maintaining effective and consistent communication with the Bank’s core provider. She will also organize and lead many training initiatives within the Bank.
