Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotions of Timothy Steiner, Shihab Bakary, Grazel “Dolly” Zaballero, and Victoria Harcovitz.
Timothy Steiner has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Team Leader of Commercial Lending. Steiner joined the Bank team in 2022 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. In his new role, he will supervise and assist a team of lenders in generating new relationships, structuring loans, and managing the existing portfolios. Steiner is also a faculty member of the American Banker Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Partnership with The Wharton School.
Shihab Bakary has been promoted to Senior Credit Analyst. Since joining the Bank in 2021, he most recently held the position of Credit Analyst. In his new position, Bakary will be in charge of commercial loan underwriting, which includes reviewing existing relationships and loan renewals. His position also entails training junior-level staff.
Grazel “Dolly” Zaballero has been promoted to Senior Account Representative I. Earlier this year, she joined the Bank team as an Account Representative. As a Senior Account Representative I, Zaballero will provide customers with a full range of customer experience, including assistance with opening new accounts, explaining the Bank’s products, and resolving retail and electronic banking issues.
Victoria Harcovitz has been promoted to Accounting Supervisor. Harcovitz has been a part of the Bank team since 2017 and recently held the position of Senior Accountant. In her new role, she will oversee the Bank’s daily balancing as well as accounts payable, Fixed Asset and Investments processing. Harcovitz will also be in charge of supervising the Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants. This past summer, she became a 2023 graduate of The New England School for Financial Studies.
