Please join us in giving a round of applause to our most recent employees of the month, Senior Personal Banker Julia Arroyo and IT Support Specialist Helena Fonesca.

Julia is an exemplary example of teamwork and collaboration. With a prompt attitude, she strives to keep everyone on the team involved and motivated. Julia has also been stepping up to the plate, continuously getting involved in different platform activities.

With August being a busy month for the technology department while also facing unexpected staffing shortages, Helena went above and beyond. While performing her day-to-day activities, she handled 62% of the request and issue tickets that came in and dedicated extra time to items that needed to be addressed after hours.

We’re grateful for employees like Julia and Helena.

Congratulations to our most recent employees of the month, Service Representative Ryan Caron and Operations Specialist Dave Day.

Since joining the Bank, Ryan has excelled in his role and has proven to be a dedicated team player, helping wherever needed. He has excelled at processing customer transactions and encourages the retail team with motivational emails.

Dave recently joined the operations team and has shown nothing but hard work and dedication. Over the last month, he has been through rigorous training and successfully executes all tasks, including functions with daily deadlines associated with his position.

Three cheers to our most recent employees of the month, Senior Service Representative Debbie Miranda and Senior Loan Servicing Representative Clara Depina.

Debbie is a diligent team player who consistently balances tasks involving the vault, assisting customers, and assisting new staff on an outstanding level.

Clara is a dependable and pleasant team member. Recently, within the Loan Servicing Department, she has taken on the job of investor reporting in addition to her other daily tasks.
