Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, announced the hiring of Robyn Petersen as Assistant Vice President, Floating Branch Manager, Administrator.

Before joining MutualOne Bank, Petersen was Consumer Lending Manager at MIT Federal Credit Union for 13 years. She also held various roles at DIRECT Federal Credit Union, where she was employed for over 20 years.

In her new role, she is responsible for collaborating with upper leadership to ensure consistency across the branches while assisting with projects and initiatives to promote the Bank’s growth. Petersen will also step in as Branch Manager as needed.

Petersen is a graduate of Northeastern University with an associate degree in business administration.

Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, recently announced the promotion of Joleen Dick to Assistant Vice President, Digital Banking Officer, and Samantha Ramos to Client Services Assistant Manager/Officer.

Dick started with the Bank in 2016 and has held various responsibilities over the years, most recently as Client Services Manager. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing the Bank’s digital programs and client services activities. Dick holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Ramos joined the Bank team in 2019 as a Personal Banker. In her new position she will support Client Services in overseeing the call center and help assist customers. Ramos is currently pursuing her Digital Banker Certification through the American Bankers Association.

Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, recently announced the promotion of Kimberly Kosivas to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Supervisor.

Kosivas joined the Bank in 2019 and most recently served as Commercial Loan Supervisor. In her new position, her responsibilities include assisting in managing the commercial lending functions, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of Bank policies and procedures.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby-Sawyer College and a Small Business Financial Statement & Cash Flow Analysis certificate from the Risk Management Association’s Commercial Lending School.

Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, recently announced Kimberly Sambuchi’s promotion to First Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.

Sambuchi joined the Bank in 2002 as a Teller and has since held various positions with increased responsibilities, most recently as the Bank’s First Vice President, Risk Management Officer.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University as well as Master of Arts in Business Administration from Framingham State University. A graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM), she is also a member of the Eastern Massachusetts Compliance Network, Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center, and American Bankers Association’s Risk Metrics Working Group.

Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotions of Timothy Steiner, Shihab Bakary, Grazel “Dolly” Zaballero, and Victoria Harcovitz.

Timothy Steiner has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Team Leader of Commercial Lending. Steiner joined the Bank team in 2022 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. In his new role, he will supervise and assist a team of lenders in generating new relationships, structuring loans, and managing the existing portfolios. Steiner is also a faculty member of the American Banker Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Partnership with The Wharton School.

Shihab Bakary has been promoted to Senior Credit Analyst. Since joining the Bank in 2021, he most recently held the position of Credit Analyst. In his new position, Bakary will be in charge of commercial loan underwriting, which includes reviewing existing relationships and loan renewals. His position also entails training junior-level staff.

Grazel “Dolly” Zaballero has been promoted to Senior Account Representative I. Earlier this year, she joined the Bank team as an Account Representative. As a Senior Account Representative I, Zaballero will provide customers with a full range of customer experience, including assistance with opening new accounts, explaining the Bank’s products, and resolving retail and electronic banking issues.

Victoria Harcovitz has been promoted to Accounting Supervisor. Harcovitz has been a part of the Bank team since 2017 and recently held the position of Senior Accountant. In her new role, she will oversee the Bank’s daily balancing as well as accounts payable, Fixed Asset and Investments processing. Harcovitz will also be in charge of supervising the Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants. This past summer, she became a 2023 graduate of The New England School for Financial Studies.

Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank, recently announced the hiring of Paulo DeOliveira Jr. as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager.

DeOliveira, who is multilingual in Portuguese and Spanish, will oversee daily branch operations, including customer service, branch sales, and service programs. Before joining MutualOne Bank, he most recently served as Area Manager at Webster First Credit Union.

A graduate of Fitchburg State University (FSU), DeOliveira holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a degree in Finance. As an active alumnus at his alma mater, he serves on FSU’s Business Department Advisory Board and as an Adjunct Professor for the Business Department. He also volunteers with United Way and Rotary International.
