Don’t get too rowdy now…it is time to announce the employees of the month! Senior Account Representative II Dominique Tock and Risk Analyst I Julie Morin have demonstrated exceptional work in their departments all throughout May.

Dominique’s communication and work ethic have been especially worthy of praise. She excelled in speaking with both clients and her colleagues, and has stepped up her game by working well independently and taking the initiative to improve along the way.

Julie has made risk management look easy. Her research was efficient, allowing her to recognize and act promptly to information pertaining to fraudulent activities. She also kept her communication consistent with the appropriate personnel, which led to immediate action in response to each situation.

We’re excited to tell you about our two employees of the month — Personal Banker I, Pia Cordes and Risk Analyst I, Nicole M. Notarangelo.

Pia is a relatively new employee who has demonstrated excellent performance throughout her training. She has shown great customer service, positive energy, great motivating skills and a professional pleasant demeanor. She stepped up to the plate quickly and has adapted to our culture very well.

Nicole has been hard at work updating the Bank’s Disaster Recovery Plan. In addition, she has been extremely helpful in explaining reports to other departments and has also been commended by several departments for report-writing skills.

Turn up the walk out music because we have two all-star employees of the month! Senior Service Representative Debbie Miranda and Senior Operations Specialist Mary-beth Collins both exhibit professionalism and have a team player attitude.

Debbie is very personable with clients and her colleagues appreciate her warm and bright personality. The Main Street office team is lucky to have her.

Mary-beth has excellent critical thinking skills that benefit the organization when it comes to problem solving. She is always willing to learn something new and she is greatly respected by her peers.

This month we’re happy to recognize Ahmed Mansour, Personal Banker II as our employee of the month. Based out of our Natick office, Ahmed makes a huge effort to get to know our customers. In addition to his rapport with customers, he has also maintained a great relationship with his colleagues. He even sends motivational emails to inspire his team.

Congratulations to Personal Banker II, Jitender (Jay) Manjani, and Operations Specialist, Astrid Bachman on their selection as employees of the month.

Jay is being recognized for consistently engaging with customers and his leadership in managing the lobby. Jay is a committed team player who is thought of very highly by his team members.

We are happy to recognize Astrid because in addition to her regular job functions, she recently completed training in Fraud and Error Resolution Claims while also completing a report for the Technology Committee and Board of Directors. Both endeavors were labor intensive and time sensitive.

Our January employees of the month both go above and beyond to make MutualOne Bank a better place to work and bank and we are very grateful for their efforts.
