Mark Haranas, Chief Executive Officer of MutualOne Bank has announced the promotions of Edward Ribeiro, Yasmine Ouweijan, and Yves Munyankindi.
Edward Ribeiro has been promoted to Personal Banker II. Ribeiro joined the Bank in 2022 and most recently served as a Personal Banker I. In his new role, he will continue to work with customers to meet all their banking needs, including opening and explaining personal and business products and services. Ribeiro will also receive training to provide comprehensive commercial services support as a Certified Business Banker (CBB) and accept mortgage loan applications as a licensed originator.
Yasmine Ouweijan has been promoted to Vice President, Learning and Development Officer, Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Administrator, and Float Branch Manager. Since joining the Bank team in 1999, Ouweijan most recently served as Vice President, Branch Manager II, Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Administrator before her promotion. Her new responsibilities include assessing the needs of retail employees, arranging training, and stepping in as a Branch Manager when needed. Additionally, as the Bank’s IRA Administrator, Ouweijan is tasked with reviewing reports and assisting with IRA training.
Yves Munyankindi has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Foundation Administrator. Hired in 2015, he has held many positions within the Bank, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Retail Support and Float Branch Manager. The new role involves overseeing the office operations, branch sales and services programs, and conducting staff meetings across all branches of the Bank. Additionally, he is responsible for developing new business relationships, engaging in business development activities, and organizing community outreach programs and activities. Munyankindi is a graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies.
