As we end the year, we celebrate our December Employees of the Month, Senior Personal Banker Elizabeth (Liz) Kuhn and Loan Representative Heather Wilson.
Liz has been instrumental in leading her team during her manager’s absence and her support of other departments in the Bank.
Heather has also been a great help assisting other departments, while maintaining a great attitude every day.

Lorraine has shown nothing but hard work and dedication over this past year—stepping up to the plate as she took on tasks to help her co-workers and keeping a close eye out for any errors that may arise. She also took on creating a training curriculum around loan transactions, which has been beneficial to the branches.
Yves is an instrumental team player and consistently puts his best foot forward. He constantly lends a helping hand to his co-workers and customers, assisting them whenever needed.

Personal Banker I Jamil Lyons and Senior Fraud Analyst Nicole Notarangelo are our latest employees of the month.
Jamil is an example of teamwork and collaboration – always there to support his team in time of need. His energy is contagious and has been noticed by customers. Nicole’s diligence and attention to detail recently detected a fraud scheme in a customer’s account that could have resulted in a large loss to the Bank and a very unpleasant experience for our customer.

Mark R. Haranas, president and CEO of MutualOne Bank, has announced the promotion of three employees.
Clarice Francis of Leominster, MA has been promoted to vice president, digital banking officer. Francis joined the Bank in 2008 and most recently served as vice president of client services. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Project Management and Digital Banking programs, including the strategic growth and development of the Bank’s digital products and services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
Joleen Dick of Hudson, MA has been promoted to client services manager. Dick joined the Bank in 2016 and had been serving as client services supervisor. Her new responsibilities include overseeing the Bank’s Call Center and Digital Banking Department. Prior to joining MutualOne Bank, she worked at Citizens Bank.
Pia Cordes of Boston, MA has been promoted to core banking manager. Cordes joined the Bank in 2018 and had been serving as an assistant manager in the Bank’s Concord Street branch. She will now be managing the relationship between the Bank and their Core provider, as well as overseeing the Bank’s training and employee development programs. She holds associate degrees in Health Science from Husum University in Germany and Business Administration from MassBay Community College.
Let’s give a big congratulations to our latest employees of the month, Senior Personal Banker Jitender (Jay) Manjani and Risk Analyst I Sandhya Jayarama.
Jay has been focused on customer service and his energy has helped motivate his entire team. Sandhya has been working with colleagues in a month’s long process to review the bank’s information assets.
We’re grateful for employees like Jay and Sandhya.
This month we’re celebrating Senior Personal Banker Julia Arroyo and Senior IT Support Specialist William (Will) Aquilio as employees of the month.
Julia has shown a willingness to help customers whether opening an account or answering questions. She is great at assisting our Spanish-speaking customers and has built a great relationship with everyone working at the Lincoln Street office.
Will has proven to be a great asset to the bank especially during the time when many employees have been working remotely. Feedback from employees who interacted with Will this past month was nothing but positive.
