Since it was founded in 2004 by David Franca and his brother as a residential home improvement business, the company has grown to employ some 70 staff and contractors and added a flourishing commercial division that continues to strengthen year after year.
“The bulk of our business comes from our commercial work,” shares David, the company’s owner. “We have repeat customers we’ve worked with for more than 15 years who go from one job to the other and bring us along.”
David believes the formula for that customer loyalty and success is simple.
“A lot of [business owners] can give you very beautiful explanation of their success. I never took a business class, but I do believe the key is to follow some core beliefs.”
For David, those beliefs include faith, love for what you do, and working with people who share the same values.
“We only work with great people. Every one of our employees has the same goal – to go out, work hard, and provide for their families,” shares David. “When you have that in your heart, you fight every day for what’s important.”
