We take fraud seriously. And protecting your MutualOne Bank debit card is at the top of the list. If our monitoring system spots suspicious activity associated with your debit card, we will automatically send you an alert.
The alert message will give a brief description of the suspicious activity and instruct you as to what steps you should take. Please note, we will never ask for your debit card number or PIN.
The initial alert will generally be an email. If there is no response to the email, we will send a text alert. And finally, if there is still no response, we will attempt to reach you by phone.
